QHSE Officer
Location: Celbridge, Co. Kildare
Reports to: Service Business Director
Industry: High Purity Process Water / Pharma / Life Sciences

Role Purpose
Support all Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental activities across the organisation. Maintain compliance, documentation and ISO systems, and promote a strong QHSE culture across internal teams, suppliers and customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement QHSE policies, procedures and standards.
- Maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.
- Coordinate certification, customer and internal audits.
- Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments.
- Manage incident and near-miss reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
- Oversee emergency procedures, PPE and chemical control.
- Support customer complaints, supplier approval and RAMS development.
- Maintain QHSE training records and coordinate training needs.
- Prepare QHSE performance reports for management.
- Travel to customer sites across Ireland; occasional EU travel.
Qualifications & Experience
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) – essential
- Tech IOSH minimum; CMIOSH desirable
- 3+ years in a similar QHSE role
- Lead Auditor experience
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 45001
- Chemical safety knowledge desirable
- Strong IT, communication and presentation skills
- Full clean driving licence
