Duration: Rolling week-to-week contract (expected 3 months)
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and professional Administrative Support to join our client’s Portlaoise office on a temporary basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain front-of-house and office administration experience in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as first point of contact at reception, welcoming visitors and clients.

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.

Process client payments both in person and over the phone.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain office records.

Support the wider office team with general administrative duties.
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organisational ability with keen attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Previous administrative or reception experience desirable.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 09:00–17:00 (lunch: 13:00–13:45)

Friday: 09:00–16:45 (lunch: 13:00–13:45)
