Executive Assistant (Property Development Sector)

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, professional, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to two Joint Chief Executive Officers. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the CEOs’ time is managed efficiently and that daily operations run smoothly. This is a full-time, in-office role, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Joint CEOs, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEOs.

  • Reception cover to include screening and dealing with all phone calls, post, couriers, preparation of meeting rooms for all meetings/presentations, teas/coffees for meetings.

  • Prepare reports, briefing materials, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Support with administration for teams.

  • Manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.

  • Coordinate board meetings, assist with board pack preparation, and liaise with all board members.

  • Liaise with senior executives, project teams, legal, financial, and external partners.

  • Oversee and manage office-related tasks for the CEOs, including expenses, filing systems, and document management.

  • Support special projects and company events as directed.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting C-suite executives, ideally within property, development, finance, or professional services.

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure.

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism.

  • Digitally proficient in tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.

  • Proactive, confident, and solution-oriented.

  • A flexible, can-do attitude with the ability to anticipate needs.
