What you will be doing:
 

  • Managing the creditors ledger
  • Ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner
  • Processing and organising invoices for timely payments
  • Handling bank payment runs
  • Ensuring month-end processes are completed accurately
  • Providing general administrative support and data entry
  • Answering queries from customers and suppliers
  • Managing incoming calls and supporting the wider team

What you will need:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Excel and general IT systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative while being a team player
