Fencing Labourer – Sites across Leinster
Our client, a leading fencing contractor operating across Leinster, is currently seeking an experienced Fencing Labourer to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role involving the installation of various fencing systems on residential and commercial developments, including projects for well-known developers such as Ballymore Homes and Lagan Homes.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation of fencing systems including timber, metal, and concrete posts

Digging, levelling, and setting posts

Use of power tools and machinery relevant to fencing work

Loading and unloading materials

Follow site-specific safety procedures and company health and safety policies

Work as part of a team to ensure efficient and high-quality project completion
-
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in fencing or a similar role
-
Must be physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work in all weather conditions

Full, valid driving licence – ability to travel to sites across Leinster is essential

Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificates (required or willing to obtain)

Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors

Good timekeeping and a strong work ethic
Desirable:
-
Experience working on housing developments or construction sites
-
Experience with diggers or other plant equipment (an advantage)
