Do I need to pay Clark to find a job?
No. Our service is completely free for candidates. All recruitment costs are covered by the employer.

Can I register with Clark even if I don’t see a suitable job advertised?
Yes. We encourage you to register, as we often fill roles directly from our database before they are advertised. Email your CV to hello@clark.ie

Do you offer temporary as well as permanent jobs?
Yes. We recruit for temporary, contract, and permanent opportunities across multiple industries.

How do I schedule an interview?

What happens if I need to reschedule my interview?
You can easily change your interview slot by calling us or emailing the recruiter you are dealing with directly.

How will I be reminded of my interview?
You’ll receive automatic reminders by email or text to help you prepare and reduce the risk of missing your interview.

What should I bring to my first meeting with a recruiter?
Please bring an up-to-date CV, and details of referees. Any relevant qualifications or certifications are also useful.

Updates & Feedback

Will I be updated on the status of my application?
Yes. We send personalised updates at key stages, including application received, interview scheduled, and outcome feedback. We always recommend you keep in touch with us, as this is your job search.

Do you provide feedback after interviews?
Yes. All candidates receive feedback, even if it’s brief, to help you with future opportunities.

Can I give feedback about my experience with Clark?
Absolutely. After your interview with one of our consultants, you’ll receive an email to review your candidate journey and share your experience with us.

Career Support & Beyond

Do you provide career advice?
Yes. We regularly share CV tips, interview guidance, and career advice on our website and social channels. This is also provided during your initial meeting with us. We also provide you with a complimentary DISC profile – please request this.

How quickly can I start working once I register?
This depends on your availability and the roles we are filling. Some temporary positions can start immediately, while permanent opportunities usually involve a formal interview process.

Can I be considered for more than one job at a time?
Yes. Once registered, your details will be considered for any role that matches your skills, experience, and preferences.

What happens after I get a job through Clark?
We stay in touch with post-placement check-ins to support you in settling into your new role.
