About the Role
We are seeking a customer service-oriented and fashion-forward Retail Assistant to join our client’s fashion retail store in Kildare Village. You must be available for an immediate start, will support day-to-day boutique operations and represent the brand to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a world-class customer experience, ensuring each client receives personalised and attentive service.
- Support sales floor operations, including styling advice, product knowledge, and upselling.
- Maintain immaculate store presentation in line with brand standards.
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to meet sales targets and operational goals.
- Uphold brand values and ensure a luxurious, welcoming environment.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in retail, ideally within a fashion retail environment.
- Flexibility to work ad-hoc shifts between Monday and Friday depending on store needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, presentation, and brand awareness.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
