What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcoming customers and creating a positive clinic experience
  • Managing appointments and assisting with day-to-day administration
  • Responding to customer enquiries in person, by phone, and by email
  • Providing information on hearing care products and accessories
  • Supporting customers with basic hearing aid aftercare
  • Identifying opportunities to recommend suitable products, accessories, and services that meet customers' needs
  • Contributing to clinic performance through promotional activity, customer engagement, and achievement of sales targets
  • Maintaining stock levels and ensuring the clinic is well presented
  • Assisting with local events, promotions, and community outreach activities
  • Working closely with the Business Development Manager to raise awareness of hearing health services in the local area

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another customer-facing environment
  • Previous experience working towards sales targets, KPIs, or performance goals
  • Confidence promoting products and services and identifying opportunities to upsell where appropriate
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and basic computer skills
  • A positive, professional, and approachable attitude
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when required, including some weekends
  • A full, clean driving licence (essential)

Working Pattern
This is a part-time job-share position working three alternating days per week, with occasional additional hours available.
