Warehouse Operative – Forklift License Required
Salary: €32,000 – €34,500 DOE
Hours: 9am-5pm
Location: Dublin 24
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join a growing organisation in Dublin 24. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a quality-focused business operating within a highly regulated industry, where accuracy, compliance, and customer service are key priorities.
The Role
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, product traceability, and compliance with company quality standards. You will ensure warehouse activities are carried out in line with operational procedures, health and safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the accurate receipt, storage, and movement of stock within the warehouse.
- Maintain high standards of inventory control, ensuring all stock records are up to date and accurate.
- Ensure products can be fully tracked throughout the warehouse process, including the recording of relevant product information where required.
- Support regular stock checks and inventory reconciliations to help maintain excellent stock accuracy levels.
- Assist in the processing and segregation of returned, damaged, or quarantined products.
- Promptly escalate stock, quality, or inventory issues to the relevant supervisor.
- Ensure all warehouse records and operational documentation are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Contribute to audit preparation activities and support compliance requirements during audit processes.
- Work in line with all company quality standards, health & safety policies, and operational procedures.
About You
- Minimum 1–2 years' warehouse experience.
- Valid Forklift and/or Reach Truck licence.
- Experience using ERP systems; SAP Business One experience would be advantageous.
- Previous experience within a regulated environment such as medical devices, pharmaceutical, or healthcare would be beneficial.
- Physically fit, with the ability to carry out manual handling and occasional heavy lifting.
