We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative for a well-established company based in Cork City. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with Reach and Counterbalance forklift licences looking for a stable, Monday–Friday role with strong benefits.
Candidates with experience in the pipeline, construction, or industrial supply sector will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
- Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders
- Goods in/out processing and stock control
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Ensuring a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Adhering to all health & safety and manual handling procedures
- Supporting general warehouse operations as required
Requirements
- Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift licences (essential)
- Previous experience in a warehouse operative role
- Manual handling certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the pipeline or industrial sector (desirable)

We are currently recruiting an experienced and safety-focused Rigid Truck Driver to join a well-established home heating oil distribution team. This role involves delivering home heating oil to residential and commercial customers across the Naas, Athy, Carlow, and wider Leinster area.
While experience in the oil industry is an advantage, full training will be provided for the right candidate. An ADR/Hazchem licence is beneficial. Candidates can operate from the Athy depot or Naas, depending on convenience.
Key Responsibilities

Safely deliver home heating oil to homes and businesses across the Leinster region

Provide exceptional customer service with a professional and courteous approach

Follow all company delivery procedures to ensure safe and efficient operations

Requirements

Due to continued growth, they are now recruiting a Warehouse & Distribution Operations Manager to lead their warehouse and distribution operation.
The Role
The Warehouse & Distribution Operations Manager is a key person in the team who is responsible for ensuring that our clients’ service level expectations are exceeded every day. This is achieved via good operational planning, professional management of warehouse, customer service and driver teams and good communication with all stakeholders. The key remit of this role is to deliver the agreed service levels via excellent all-around management skills. This role reports to the COO and opportunities for career progression will be available to reward your success.
Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations

Ensure SOPs, processes, and service levels are consistently met

Manage goods-in, storage, picking, dispatch, and inventory control

Lead warehouse staff, customer service teams, and drivers

Use WMS systems (Azyra) to maintain full stock traceability

Track and report performance using daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

Plan staffing, layout, and operational capacity

Maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment

Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements

3+ years’ experience in warehouse or distribution management

Strong experience with WMS and warehouse SOPs

Proven people management and planning skills

Comfortable managing KPIs, reporting, and operational performance

Degree in logistics, operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
