We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The primary responsibilities include picking products from inventory and packing them into hampers for shipment or delivery. This role requires good organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow specific instructions to ensure hampers are accurately packed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick products from stock based on order specifications.
- Pack hampers with care, ensuring items are secure and well-presented.
- Inspect items for quality and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Work efficiently to meet daily productivity targets.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift light-to-moderate weight items.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication and organisational skills.
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.

Due to ongoing expansion, my client in Dublin 24 is seeking a Domestic Transport Planner. This role is ideal for a transport planner or administrator with logistics and warehousing experience, offering an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a leading organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process import manifests and bookings daily in line with company policies and procedures.
- Meet customers' operational delivery needs efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Ensure accurate file management, billing, and costing according to company procedures and deadlines.
- Keep customers informed about order progress and any deviations or changes.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to resolve discrepancies.
- Promote a positive work environment by respecting and supporting colleagues.
- Fully comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and administrative duties, including investigating, sourcing, processing, and reporting as required.
- Create and distribute delivery and performance reports for stakeholders.
- Assist with additional operations functions on a project basis when needed.
Core Attributes / Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a Logistics or Transport planning role.
- Strong skills in ERP systems and Excel.
- Knowledge of the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with UK and Ireland logistics is beneficial.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Good numeracy, literacy, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of work performance.
- Hardworking, reliable, and dedicated to delivering results.
