Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Labourer to assist with utility and electrical works, including the installation of new light poles across the Dublin area. This role involves supporting skilled teams on-site and ensuring safe and efficient completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation and positioning of new light poles.
- Support electrical and utility teams with general site tasks.
- Handle tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised worksite.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Full clean driving licence is essential; C licence preferred.
- Manual Handling certification required.
- Safe Pass certification required.
- Previous experience working in electrical or utility-related projects is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work physically outdoors and as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a portfolio of construction projects from early design to completion
- Carry out on-site inspections to ensure compliance with Part M and granted DACs

- Prepare and manage Disability Access Certificate (DAC) applications and revisions
- Conduct accessibility audits and produce clear, professional reports

- Work closely with internal teams, including task allocation, peer review, and technical support
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Building Surveying, Architecture, Construction, or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction projects
- Strong working knowledge of Part M / TGD M and accessibility standards
- Proven ability to review technical drawings and identify compliance issues
- Experience working on-site with a solid understanding of construction processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to deadlines
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
DESIRABLE
- Experience with Disability Access Certificate (DAC) applications
- Experience carrying out accessibility audits
- Familiarity with BCAR processes and documentation
- Exposure to AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
