Warehouse Operative

Location: Dublin
Salary: €32,000 – €34,500 depending on skills and experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy Procurement & Supply Chain team in Dublin.

This is a hands-on warehouse position with a strong focus on inventory accuracy, product traceability, quality and compliance. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring warehouse operations are completed safely, accurately and in line with established procedures.

Experience within a regulated environment such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals or healthcare would be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate product traceability across the warehouse.
Record batch numbers, serial numbers and expiry dates where required.
Carry out cycle counting and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
Assist with internal and external audits when required.
Follow all warehouse, health and safety and Quality Management System procedures.
Assist with returned goods and quarantine stock.
Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged goods and quality issues.
Complete warehouse documentation accurately and maintain appropriate records.
Safely operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in line with training and procedures.
Assist with stock deliveries using a company van when required.

Requirements

1–2 years’ previous warehouse experience.
Valid forklift/reach truck licence.
Relevant MHE certificates.
Clean driving licence.
Experience using an ERP system; SAP Business One experience would be an advantage.
Experience working in a regulated environment such as medical devices, pharmaceutical or healthcare is desirable.
Physically fit, as some heavy lifting may be required.

Salary & Benefits

30-minute lunch break.
23 days annual leave, increasing with length of service.
