The Opportunity
Our client is a fast-growing lifestyle and fashion brand known for its fun, relaxed and effortlessly cool approach. With a strong online presence and a loyal customer following, they are bringing their unique retail experience to Kildare Village for an exciting 6-month pop-up.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Store Manager who loves creating a positive atmosphere, connecting with customers and getting the best from their team.
The Role
As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the pop-up, leading a small and enthusiastic team while ensuring customers receive a fantastic experience.
You will:

Lead, motivate and support the retail team.
Take responsibility for the daily running of the store.
Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales.
Monitor store standards, stock and merchandising.
Manage rotas, attendance and day-to-day team organisation.
Support recruitment, training and onboarding.
Lead by example on the shop floor.
Help create a welcoming, energetic and enjoyable store environment.
Work towards sales and performance targets.

What We’re Looking For

Previous retail management experience.
A confident and positive leadership style.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Commercial awareness and a results-focused approach.
Excellent organisation and communication skills.
Someone who enjoys being hands-on and visible on the shop floor.
A genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle and creating great customer experiences.
