We’re looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead a premium wellbeing retail store in Kildare Village. This is an opportunity to take real ownership of a thriving store, inspire a high-performing team and play a key role in growing the business locally.
You’ll be the face of the store — bringing energy, personality and outstanding customer service to every interaction.
What You’ll Be Doing

Take full ownership of the day-to-day running, performance and standards of the store.
Lead from the front on the shop floor, delivering an exceptional and memorable customer experience.
Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance, identifying opportunities to grow the business.
Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing, engaged team.
Bring products to life through confident storytelling and excellent product knowledge.
Maintain outstanding visual merchandising, presentation and operational standards.
Manage rotas, payroll, stock, orders, stocktakes and reporting efficiently and accurately.
Develop local ideas and initiatives to increase footfall, build awareness and attract new customers.
Plan and support exciting in-store events and local partnerships.
Create a positive, inclusive team culture where people feel supported, motivated and empowered.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll ideally have:

2+ years’ experience managing a stand-alone retail store or similar senior retail environment.
A strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive sales and KPIs.
Experience in premium, beauty, health or wellbeing retail is a strong advantage.
Natural leadership skills and a genuine passion for coaching and developing people.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Good IT skills, including MS Office and Excel.
