We are partnering with a leading organisation in the healthcare services sector that is seeking a Service Contracts Specialist to take ownership of a large service contract portfolio and help drive recurring revenue growth.

The Role
As Service Contracts Specialist, you will manage the full service contract renewal lifecycle across an established customer base. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, maintain accurate contract records, support commercial decision-making, and build strong customer relationships to maximise contract retention and growth.
You will proactively engage with customers throughout the contract term rather than only at renewal stage, helping to identify opportunities for service upgrades and ensuring contracts remain aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a forward-looking contract renewal pipeline.
- Drive contract renewals while achieving agreed revenue and margin targets.
- Prepare and present renewal proposals in line with pricing guidelines.
- Negotiate contract renewals and service upgrades with customers.
- Identify opportunities to increase uptake of enhanced service agreements.
- Ensure purchase orders and invoicing are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate contract and customer data within the ERP system.
- Monitor aged quotations and proposals to maximise conversion rates.
- Work closely with Finance and operational teams to minimise revenue leakage.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers across customer accounts.
- Identify and refer new business opportunities to the wider commercial team.
- Produce regular reports on renewal performance, contract coverage, revenue exposure, and pipeline activity.
About You
- Previous experience in contract renewals, customer account management, service administration, or a commercial support role.
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Comfortable discussing pricing and negotiating contract terms.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience maintaining accurate records within ERP or CRM systems.
- Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
- Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
