Salary: Up to €50,000 DOE + attractive bonus structure

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Recruiter to join a small, established recruitment team in Athy.
This role will suit a commercially minded, candidate-focused recruiter who enjoys building strong relationships, delivering successful placements and taking ownership of their desk.
With a consistent pipeline of retained and guaranteed business already in place, you can focus on what you do best – recruiting, developing talent networks and delivering results. There is no requirement to generate new business or negotiate client fees.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment assignments across the construction sector.
• Sourcing, identifying and engaging high-quality candidates across a range of construction disciplines and seniority levels.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with candidates and key decision-makers within client organisations.
• Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to successful placement.
• Developing talent networks and maintaining a strong pipeline of suitable candidates.
• Taking ownership of assignments, managing priorities and ensuring a high standard of delivery.
• Working closely with the wider team to achieve recruitment targets and business objectives.

• Proven experience recruiting within the construction sector is essential.
• Experience in either contingency recruitment or executive search is required.
• A strong track record of delivering successful placements.
• A candidate-driven approach, with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Someone who is motivated, proactive and comfortable taking initiative.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
• A team player who enjoys working in a close-knit environment and takes pride in their work.
