Are you a cruise enthusiast with a natural talent for sales?
We’re looking for a Senior Cruise Specialist to join a long-established, proudly independent Irish travel business with deep roots in the Cork community.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who knows and loves cruising — whether that experience comes from working in the travel industry or from having personally travelled on multiple ocean or river cruises.

The Role
You’ll become a key point of contact for customers looking to book their perfect cruise, using your knowledge, enthusiasm and sales ability to turn enquiries into bookings.
You’ll:

Advise and sell ocean and river cruises across leading cruise lines
Build strong relationships with customers and cruise suppliers
Manage bookings from enquiry through to departure
Stay up to date on new ships, itineraries and cruise trends
Contribute to cruise promotions and marketing activity
Attend ship visits, cruise line events and FAM trips when required

We’re Looking For
You’ll be a vibrant, motivated people person who knows how to build rapport and close a sale.
Ideally, you’ll have:

Travel industry experience or significant personal cruise experience
A genuine passion for cruising and travel
Strong sales and customer service skills
Confidence advising customers and converting enquiries
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The flexibility to travel for ship visits, FAM trips and cruise events

You don't need to have worked in travel if you’ve cruised extensively and have the sales personality to match.

Fully remote for the right candidate OR office-based in Cork City
Monday–Friday, 9.30am–5.30pm
