Sales Representative – Construction Sector

Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to cover the Leinster region within the construction sector. This role begins on a temporary trial basis, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will be target-driven, proactive, and confident in winning new business, with strong experience in both sales and the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new and maintain a strong business pipeline across the Leinster area
  • Visit customers and potential clients in the construction sector
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
  • Keep accurate records of sales activity and client interactions

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales and/or the construction industry
  • Strong ability to generate new business and work on your own initiative
  • Confident communicator with a professional approach
  • Highly motivated and target-driven
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Good organisational and follow-up skills
