Sales & Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised Sales & Office Administrator to join our Naas-based client to support daily sales operations, customer service, and SAP administration. Experience using SAP Business One is preferential. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process sales quotations, sales orders, pick slips, and invoices in SAP
  • Ensure accurate pricing, stock availability, delivery timelines, customer details, and PO information
  • Convert customer POs into sales orders and coordinate order confirmations and shipment updates
  • Liaise with warehouse, purchasing, accounts, suppliers, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Monitor stock availability and assist with procurement requests where required
  • Maintain accurate SAP records, attachments, and supporting documentation
  • Create and manage customer and supplier accounts in SAP
  • Handle general administration including phones, customer queries, card payments, and reporting
  • Assist with returns, exchanges, delivery tracking updates, and booking stock into SAP
  • Support stock modifications and production orders as requested by the sales team
