We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused sales professional to help grow awareness of our client’s services, build relationships within the local community, and create new customer opportunities. If you enjoy engaging with people, working towards targets, and making a genuine difference, this could be the perfect role for you.

You’ll play a key role in growing awareness locally, generating new enquiries, building trusted relationships with customers, and delivering an exceptional experience from first contact onwards.
What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming customers and creating a warm, professional clinic experience
  • Building relationships with new and existing customers through excellent service and engagement
  • Proactively identifying new business opportunities through community outreach, local events, networking and promotional activities
  • Planning and delivering local initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate new customer enquiries
  • Following up with customers and supporting them throughout their journey
  • Identifying customer needs and confidently recommending suitable products and services
  • Working towards growth targets and contributing to overall clinic success
  • Managing appointments, customer enquiries, records, and general administration
  • Supporting customer aftercare and maintaining high service standards
  • Ensuring the clinic environment is welcoming, organised, and professional

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or another customer-facing environment
  • A confident communicator who enjoys meeting and connecting with people
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in generating opportunities and growing relationships
  • Experience working towards targets, KPIs, or performance goals is essential
  • Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
  • A positive, professional, and approachable attitude
  • Full, clean driving licence (essential)

Working Pattern
This is a part-time job-share position, working approximately three alternating days per week, with flexibility and occasional additional hours available, including some weekends.
