Sales Admnistration Coordinator
In business for almost 60 years, we are proud to partner with our Finglas-based client in seeking an organised and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. This role involves managing customer orders, coordinating with internal departments, and delivering excellent customer service while supporting sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Order Management
- Process customer orders via phone, email, and sales representatives
- Enter and manage orders in ERP systems (Microsoft NAV / MFG Pro)
- Check stock availability and coordinate order fulfilment
- Work closely with purchasing, production, logistics, and warehouse teams
- Prepare quotations and manage customer pricing information
- Support monthly sales and margin targets
Customer Service
- Provide customers with updates on order status and deliveries
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Manage customer accounts, invoices, PODs, and statements
- Maintain accurate customer records and pricing files
Purchasing & Logistics Support
- Assist with stock management and supplier orders
- Allocate stock and coordinate dispatch and courier collections
- Resolve delivery queries and supplier discrepancies
- Track returnable containers/IBCs
Administration
- Maintain accurate sales and customer documentation
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Manage customs documentation for authorised alcohol-based product sales
- Assist with petty cash administration
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales support or customer service role
- Previous ERP system experience essential
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Knowledge of paint/products industry an advantage
