We're looking for a warm, organised, and customer-focused Retail & Customer Care Assistant to join one of Ireland's leading hearing care providers.

What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and creating a positive clinic experience
- Managing appointments and assisting with day-to-day administration
- Responding to customer enquiries in person, by phone, and by email
- Providing information on hearing care products and accessories
- Supporting customers with basic hearing aid aftercare
- Identifying opportunities to recommend suitable products, accessories, and services that meet customers' needs
- Contributing to clinic performance through promotional activity, customer engagement, and achievement of sales targets
- Maintaining stock levels and ensuring the clinic is well presented
- Assisting with local events, promotions, and community outreach activities
- Working closely with the Business Development Manager to raise awareness of hearing health services in the local area
What We're Looking For
- Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another customer-facing environment
- Previous experience working towards sales targets, KPIs, or performance goals
- Confidence promoting products and services and identifying opportunities to upsell where appropriate
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and basic computer skills
- A positive, professional, and approachable attitude
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required, including some weekends
- A full, clean driving licence (essential)
Working Pattern
This is a part-time job-share position working three alternating days per week, with occasional additional hours available.
