Receptionist/Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join our client’s growing team in Naas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy front-of-house environment, enjoys juggling multiple tasks, and takes pride in delivering a professional and welcoming experience to clients.

The ideal candidate will come from a fast-paced receptionist, front desk, hospitality, medical, or customer-facing administrative background and will be confident managing a busy workload while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience
  • Managing busy phone lines, appointments, and diaries
  • Printing, filing, scanning, and organising documentation
  • Maintaining and updating client records and CRM systems
  • Liaising with life and investment companies
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office environment
  • Managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines efficiently
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team as required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a busy receptionist, front-of-house, or administrative role
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong administrative and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
