Receptionist/Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a receptionist/administrator to join our client’s growing team in Naas to support the Financial Business and ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of a busy office.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and will have the opportunity to learn and develop their skills.
Previous experience within a similar role is necessary.

The candidate:
The individual will need to be self-motivated, have a good work ethic, be flexible in terms of assigned tasks and be able to work both independently and as part of the team.

  • Excellent Organisational skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Highly Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite

Role Responsibilities:

  • Working in an extremely fast paced office environment
  • Printing, filing and scanning of documents,
  • Greeting and welcoming clients
  • Booking appointments & managing diaries
  • Organising files
  • Liaising with life and investment companies
  • Meeting deadlines
  • Assist in maintaining CRM Database of existing and new clients

Role Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in similar role
  • A willingness to learn
  • Highly professional
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills
  • Excellent Attention to detail absolute must
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrate initiative and self-motivated
  • Ability to work within a deadline
