Receptionist/Administrator
We are currently recruiting for a receptionist/administrator to join our client’s growing team in Naas to support the Financial Business and ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of a busy office.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and will have the opportunity to learn and develop their skills.
Previous experience within a similar role is necessary.
The candidate:
The individual will need to be self-motivated, have a good work ethic, be flexible in terms of assigned tasks and be able to work both independently and as part of the team.

- Highly Proficient in the full Microsoft Office Suite
Role Responsibilities:
- Working in an extremely fast paced office environment
- Printing, filing and scanning of documents,
- Greeting and welcoming clients
- Booking appointments & managing diaries
- Organising files
- Liaising with life and investment companies
- Meeting deadlines
- Assist in maintaining CRM Database of existing and new clients
Role Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in similar role
- A willingness to learn
- Highly professional
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Excellent Attention to detail absolute must
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Demonstrate initiative and self-motivated
- Ability to work within a deadline
