Quality Assurance Specialist

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading medical technology manufacturer based in Cork. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join a highly regulated and innovative environment dedicated to improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and quality standards.
Participate in internal audits, inspections, and quality system reviews.
Review and approve quality documentation, including procedures, reports, and records.
Support investigations relating to non-conformances, CAPAs, and quality events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, and Regulatory Affairs.
Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process compliance.
Monitor quality metrics and contribute to quality reporting activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role within a regulated industry.
Third-level qualification in Science, Quality, or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of quality systems and regulated manufacturing environments.
Experience supporting audits, investigations, CAPAs, and document control activities is desirable.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland.
