Our national client is looking for a driven, outgoing professional to grow their presence across Munster through partnerships, promotions, and community engagement.
The Role
A field-based position combining business development and promotional activity. You’ll deliver hearing screenings, build referral networks, and generate new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver mobile hearing screenings in pharmacies, retail, and healthcare settings
• Generate leads and book assessments
• Build partnerships with GPs, pharmacies, and clinics
• Represent the brand at events and in the community
• Maintain accurate CRM records

What Success Looks Like

• Strong lead generation and ?45% conversion
• New partner growth
• Meeting activity and screening targets

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or promotions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident in outreach, events, and public engagement
• CRM/digital tool experience
• Full driver’s licence (essential)
• Healthcare experience (a plus)
