Production Operative

Temporary | Week-to-Week Assignment | Shift Role

Clark Recruitment is currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of a leading medical device manufacturer based in Leixlip.

The Role – Key Responsibilities:

Operate injection moulding machinery.
Carry out visual quality inspections of finished products.
Follow work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
Package products to the required standards.
Complete production documentation accurately.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.
Follow all health, safety and quality procedures.

What We’re Looking For

Previous manufacturing or production experience is essential.
Excellent attention to detail.
In-date Manual Handling certificate.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual and committed to producing quality work.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Good level of written and spoken English.
Flexibility to work shifts.
