Part-Time Office Administrator (Job Share)

Location: Rathcoole, Co. Dublin
Hours: 2 Days Per Week (Mondays & Fridays)
Additional Hours: Occasional full-time cover during annual leave periods

We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our client's team in Rathcoole on a part-time, job-share basis.
This role is ideal for someone specifically seeking part-time work, whether you're returning to the workforce, balancing other commitments, or simply looking for a position that offers a regular two-day working week.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly, providing administrative support across a variety of day-to-day business functions.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcoming visitors and acting as the first point of contact for clients
  • Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
  • Processing client invoices and uploading them to internal systems
  • Coordinating invoice approvals and preparing payments for authorisation
  • Raising pro-forma invoices and following up on outstanding payments
  • Updating and maintaining Health & Safety documentation
  • Providing administrative support to the management team
  • Managing general office administration, including filing, scanning, photocopying and post
  • Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the office
  • Supporting additional administrative tasks as required

What We're Looking For

  • Previous office administration experience
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
  • Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and accurate email correspondence skills
  • A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to support the wider team
  • Knowledge of general accounting processes would be advantageous

Please note: This is a part-time position working two days per week (Mondays and Fridays). Applicants should be available to work these days on an ongoing basis and be open to providing occasional additional cover during annual leave periods.
