Office Administrator

We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Administrator to join the team and play a key role in supporting daily business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, great attention to detail, and experience managing multiple priorities in a busy office environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Processing and managing supplier orders using the company purchasing system
- Reconciling, balancing, and approving supplier invoices
- Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies
- Preparing and issuing customer invoices
- Managing incoming telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Processing staff mileage claims and expense reimbursements
- Supporting general office administration and day-to-day business operations
- Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What We're Looking For
- Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
- Excellent attention to detail and strong typing skills
- Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Experience with accounts administration would be advantageous
