We’re looking for a Mandarin-speaking Concierge to join a prestigious luxury retail environment in Kildare.

What you’ll do
- Welcome and assist Mandarin-speaking visitors, creating a warm and memorable experience from arrival to departure.
- Act as a key point of contact, providing information, guidance and personalised assistance.
- Build strong relationships with international and high-value customers.
- Support customers with product enquiries and connect them with the appropriate sales teams.
- Respond to questions and requests quickly, professionally and with a genuine can-do attitude.
- Handle customer feedback with care, ensuring any issues are resolved smoothly.
- Help maintain a premium, welcoming and impeccably presented environment.
- Work closely with the wider team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
What we’re looking for
- Fluent Mandarin and English – essential.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, concierge, aviation or another premium customer-facing environment is highly desirable.
- Naturally warm, confident and approachable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, polished and comfortable engaging with an international clientele.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Calm and composed in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
