HGV Driver (Artic) – Day & Night Shifts

Location: Naas, Co. Kildare

Clark Recruitment is partnering with a well-established transport and logistics company to recruit experienced Artic HGV Drivers for its growing operation in Naas, Co. Kildare.

Opportunities are available on both day and night shifts, with all routes starting and finishing at the company's central depot.

Pay & Benefits

Annual Salary

Day Shift

Approximately €45,000 per annum (based on a 5-day week)
Up to €53,000 per annum with the optional 6th day

Night Shift

Approximately €50,500 per annum (based on a 5-day week)
Up to €58,500 per annum with the optional 6th day

Shift Patterns

Available shift patterns include:

Tuesday to Saturday
Sunday to Thursday

Shift start times:

Day shifts: 8:00am to 10:00am

Night shifts: 8:00pm to 9:00pm

Typical shifts are approximately 10 hours.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate articulated HGV vehicles throughout Ireland.
Complete deliveries accurately, on time and in full.
Carry out daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Comply with all road transport legislation, company procedures and health and safety requirements.
Complete delivery documentation accurately.
Load and unload vehicles where required.
Operate refrigerated vehicles where applicable.

About You

To be considered for this position, you will have:

A full, clean EC (Artic) Driving Licence.
A valid Driver CPC qualification.
A valid Digital Tachograph Card.
A minimum of two years' HGV driving experience with an Irish or UK transport or logistics company.
Good knowledge of the Irish road network.
The legal right to work in Ireland.
A professional attitude with a strong commitment to safety, compliance and customer service.

Experience operating refrigerated vehicles is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided.
