My Client is a global leader in recycling and reverse vending technology, helping create a more sustainable future through Ireland’s Deposit Return Scheme. As they continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join their team.
About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving issues, and coordinating service activities to ensure our recycling solutions operate smoothly across Ireland.
What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent customer support via phone and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries
- Coordinate service visits and maintenance activities
- Support field technicians and service partners
- Perform remote machine setup and configuration
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems
- Contribute to service performance targets and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service, technical support, helpdesk, or service coordination is an advantage but not essential.
