Conveyancing & Probate Solicitor

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded legal practice, is seeking a Conveyancing & Probate Solicitor to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) who is looking to develop their career in a supportive and professional environment. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload across residential and commercial conveyancing, probate, and the administration of estates while working closely with experienced legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
Advise clients on probate matters and the administration of estates.
Draft legal documents, contracts, wills, and related documentation.
Liaise with clients, financial institutions, estate agents, and other third parties.
Ensure files are managed efficiently and in compliance with Law Society regulations.
Deliver a high standard of client care and maintain strong professional relationships.

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor admitted to practice in Ireland.
Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in conveyancing and probate.
Strong knowledge of Irish property and probate law.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
A client-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
