Commercial Systems & Data Administrator

Salary: €35,000–€40,000 per year

Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Commercial Systems & Data Administrator to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in commercial administration, buying support or data management who enjoys working with systems, analysing data and supporting business operations.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate product, supplier and pricing data while supporting commercial activities across the business. You'll work closely with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure commercial information is accurate, up to date and supports effective business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update product, supplier and pricing information across commercial systems.
Coordinate new product setups, amendments and product discontinuations.
Process supplier price updates and validate pricing data.
Produce reports and analyse commercial data to support business decisions.
Maintain accurate product master data and ensure data integrity.
Liaise with suppliers to obtain product information and supporting documentation.
Support promotional activity, commercial projects and supplier reviews.
Respond to commercial data queries from internal stakeholders.
Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Warehouse, Logistics, IT and Commercial teams.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and system efficiency.

About You

Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial administration, buying support or data administration.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP and formulas.
Experience working with large datasets and ERP systems.
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Experience

Experience within wholesale, retail, distribution or a buying environment.
Experience using Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
Experience with SAP Business One or similar ERP software.
Experience producing commercial reports and business analysis.
