Are you a confident, outgoing people-person who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities?
We’re looking for a Client Growth Specialist to join a successful healthcare retail environment in Dundalk. This is an exciting part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of customer engagement, sales, community outreach, and creating new business opportunities.
You’ll play a key role in growing awareness locally, generating new enquiries, building trusted relationships with customers, and delivering an exceptional experience from first contact onwards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and creating a warm, professional clinic experience
- Building relationships with new and existing customers through excellent service and engagement
- Generating new customer opportunities through local outreach, community activity, events, and promotions
- Developing creative ways to increase awareness and attract new enquiries
- Following up with customers and supporting them throughout their journey
- Promoting products and services based on customer needs
- Working towards growth targets and contributing to overall clinic success
- Managing appointments, customer enquiries, records, and general administration
- Supporting customer aftercare and maintaining high service standards
- Ensuring the clinic environment is welcoming, organised, and professional
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or another customer-facing environment
- A confident communicator who enjoys meeting and connecting with people
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative
- Commercial awareness and an interest in generating opportunities and growing relationships
- Experience working towards targets, KPIs, or performance goals is essential
- Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
- A positive, professional, and approachable attitude
- Full, clean driving licence (essential)
Working Pattern
This is a part-time job-share position, working approximately three alternating days per week, with flexibility and occasional additional hours available, including some weekends.
