Our client is seeking a Business Development Executive to expand their presence across Munster through proactive outreach, partnership development, and community engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual who enjoys being out in the field, connecting with people, and driving growth within an organisation that genuinely improves people’s lives.

The Role
This field-based position combines business development, lead generation, relationship management, and promotional activity. You will be responsible for increasing awareness, developing referral networks, and creating new opportunities across the Munster region.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow relationships with GPs, pharmacies, clinics, and community partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
  • Deliver hearing screening initiatives across pharmacies, retail locations, healthcare settings, and events
  • Represent the organisation at promotional activities and community events
  • Engage with members of the public and support them through the customer journey
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track activity, opportunities, and outcomes
  • Manage your territory effectively, planning visits and maximising engagement opportunities

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in business development, sales, lead generation, promotions, or a customer-focused commercial role
  • A proven ability to build relationships and generate new opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence engaging at all levels
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a regional territory
  • Experience using CRM systems or digital tools
  • Full clean driver’s licence (essential)
  • Healthcare, retail, pharmacy, or community engagement experience would be an advantage
