The Opportunity
Our client is a fun, contemporary lifestyle and fashion brand with a strong following and a relaxed approach to retail. They are bringing their brand to Kildare Village for a 6-month pop-up and are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join the team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, loves the buzz of retail and wants to be part of an upbeat, supportive team.
The Role
Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help keep the store running smoothly, support the team and make sure every customer leaves with a great impression.
You will:
- Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store.
- Lead and motivate the team on the shop floor.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support sales.
- Help achieve store targets and KPIs.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and merchandising.
- Assist with stock management and deliveries.
- Support staff rotas, training and daily organisation.
- Lead by example and get involved wherever needed.
- Help create a relaxed, welcoming and energetic store environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or supervisory experience.
- A confident, friendly and approachable personality.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
- Good commercial awareness and a natural sales instinct.
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a team.
- An interest in fashion, lifestyle and delivering a great customer experience.
