Accounts Assistant – Temporary 3 Month Contract

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join a busy and supportive finance team based in Kildare on a 3-month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounts professional looking to gain valuable experience within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing purchase invoices and supplier statements
Bank reconciliations and account balancing
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
Preparing payment runs
Maintaining accurate financial records and spreadsheets
Supporting the finance team with month-end duties
General administration and finance support as required

Requirements:

Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to start at short notice
