We're seeking a Windchill Consultant (Major Release) to become a valued member of our German clients' team , partnering with a leading Big 4 consultancy in facilitating an IT transformation for a German automotive supplier.
The successful candidate will seamlessly integrate into the consultancy's team and engage directly with the end client, offering specialized knowledge to support the project.
Job Type: Contract/Freelance
Work Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Duration: Q3 2024 - Q3 2025 with the potential for further extensions
Location: Fully remote

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing a new major release of Windchill PLM within a highly customized client environment
- Ensure seamless integration of various interfaces between Windchill and the broader environment
- Provide technical expertise in Windchill to guarantee the successful implementation of the project

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated hands-on experience and a successful track record of implementing major release upgrades of Windchill
- Strong skills in Windchill configuration and customization
- Background in REST, SOAP, and ODATA protocols
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- A collaborative team player
Ideal (but not essential):
- Experience collaborating with large consultancies
- Previous involvement with automotive clients
- Deutschkenntnisse (knowledge of German language)
