We are now seek HR experts to sit on interview panels.

It is not possible to project the actual and precise number of recruitment competitions per year as recruitment is subject to the availability of funding and authorisation from the Department.  However, as a guide, over the last 3 years there was an average of 75 interview days per year, which our clients required an external HR expert to sit on an interview board.

There is a requirement to have a suitably qualified and experienced Human Resource expert on all interview boards for permanent and senior posts with our client and, on occasions, there is also a requirement for a Human Resource expert on interview boards for contract positions. It is not possible to facilitate all interview boards from our clients own internal Human Resource department.
