Clark Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with Punchestown Racecourse to recruit a Facilities and Maintenance Manager. This is a full-time permanent position.
The ideal candidate will have a vast knowledge of or trade as an Electrician, Carpenter, Plumber etc.
They will be a self-starter, take pride in their work, be motivated and have a positive can - do attitude.
Your responsibilities:
- Facilitate the smooth running of the site.
- Carry out day to day maintenance of the site.
- Engage with external contractors to carry out prescribed works
- Ensure site inspections and relevant legal obligations take place.
- Report issues such as emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, fire/burglar alarms etc.
- Participate hands on in any physical work as required.
