Clark temporary are recruiting for  Guest Information Executive for a luxury outlet shopping destination. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and your duties will include: 
  • Offer the ultimate visitor experience by being luxury ambassadors for hospitality and guest services
  • Promote a range of innovative and efficient ‘concierge style’ services 
  • Promote and cross-sell all added value services 
  • Promote and sell  gifts card.
  • Provide knowledgeable insights regarding all brands and the unique offer/promotions,
  • Assist and advise guests with a wider tourism offer, such as booking entertainment, sightseeing tours, theatre tickets and restaurants, making reservations on their behalf
  • Highlight the attractions in the surrounding area and our community partners, as well as local and national tourist attractions in line with the objectives of our main tourism partners
  • Own and resolve customer issues in a professional and reassuring manner and in accordance with company policy
  • Compile daily and weekly reports and engage with the Hospitality programme 
The ideal candidate will possess the following: 
  • At least two years’ experience in a host, customer/guest services or tourism role.
  • Tenacity and a passion for working with people
  • Ability to multitask and enjoy the challenge of a busy customer focused day.
  • Computer literate and fully conversant in the full suite of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook
This role require an immediate start and is rostered 5 days over 7. Part time applicants will be considered should they meet all of the criteria. Send you CV to be considered for this role.
