At Clark we are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator for our client a professional provider of hearing healthcare on a permanent full-time basis, based in Citywest, Dublin 24.
This is a wonderful opportunity with a thriving business, in your new role you will report to the Customer Service Manager on a day-to-day basis.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the Company in delivering an outstanding level of customer service to patients
- Process orders, returns and modifications
- Follow patient service procedures
- Meet patient satisfaction and loyalty goals
- Support and assist patients
- Handle complaints and inquiries
- Assist the Customer Services Manager as needed
- Maintain and update patient database
- Provide feedback on efficiency and effectiveness of customer service policies and procedures and customer service processes
- Maintain an excellent knowledge base of products and services provided by Hidden Hearing
- Participate in cross functional training as required and instructed from time to time
- Carry out any other duties as instructed by the Customer Services Manager or any other Officer as assigned by the Managing Director
Skills & Attributes
- Strong Communication Skills both written and oral, as well as interpersonal skills
- Skill in coordination with colleagues and clients
- Excellent Telephone Skills and Manner
- Previous Customer Service Experience Essential
- Professional Standard of Computer Literacy in particular Microsoft Office Suite
- Understand priorities with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, empathetic, and professional character
- A team-player with an ability to work on own initiative and under pressure
- Passion for customer service
- An excellent timekeeper who is reliable and punctual
