Grade III Clerical Officer for a part time post (2 days one week and 3 days following week) to work opposite job sharing post. The post will require a person to work shift work on a rota basis including  8.00-16,00, 9.00-17.00 or 10.30- 19.00 Mon to Friday and work Saturday or Sunday mornings (9.00-13.00) on a rota basis.  This person would need to be flexible as during busy times staff may be required to stay on late (up to 7.00pm) or start earlier especially if cover is short.

The person selected is required to have a high standard of data entry, good at answering phone calls and giving out results to service users, good typing skills as there is a large volume of inputting forms daily, and have good office skills.
