We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their proficiency in both print and digital design, along with a passion for delivering high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling visual assets for various projects, including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, website designs, and more.
- Translate creative briefs and concepts into visually stunning designs that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables are produced on time and meet the highest standards of quality.
- Maintain consistency in design elements across all platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the table.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with web design principles and HTML/CSS.
