We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain/Finance Data Analyst to join our business in Naas, Co. Kildare,
You will work with a collaborative team across the organisation in both Ireland and UK where we will use this data and research to help make strategic management decisions across the group.
This role will require a person who has unrestricted travel to the UK.
Data will be used through standard office packages and leading visualisation tools.
The main duties of the post will include:
- Formal and informal presentation of behavioural data using PowerPoint and visualisation tools for ongoing reporting and ad-hoc analysis requirements.
- Building and maintaining a range of dashboards for self-service access to data.
- Rationalising essential supplier purchase orders against sales performance.
- Stock forecasting.
- Sales/Margin analysis.
- Monitor performance and procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with effective time management.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and attention to detail is essential.
- Provide precise information while being able to explain so that it is clear to all users.
- Work closely with multiple departments and maintaining relationships to get the maximum out of information provided across all Group owned companies in Ireland and UK.
- A third level qualification.
- Confident decision making and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong proficiency in office software, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Competency and experience in the analysis of large, rich datasets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively.
- An understanding of the Supply Chain/Finance environment with some inventory management experience.
- A flexible approach, with an openness to supporting a variety of ongoing insight needs.
- Willing to travel and work within all group divisions across UK and Ireland.
