As an Electrical Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of batteries and industrial chargers at various customer sites. This role encompasses installation, maintenance, and emergency repairs, ensuring optimal functionality at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Execute precise and meticulous installations, maintenance, and repairs of batteries and industrial chargers at customer sites.
- Provide valuable guidance to customers regarding equipment usage, maintenance best practices, and recommend upgrades or replacements when necessary.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and engage customers in negotiations for product sales or replacements.
- Promptly respond to breakdowns, swiftly diagnosing faults and meticulously documenting reports using state-of-the-art technology.
- Prioritize safety and adherence to regulatory standards at customer sites, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to a secure working environment.

Qualifications:
- While experience with large-scale batteries and chargers is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
- Possession of electrical or electronic qualifications such as C&G, 17th Edition, ONC, NVQ, etc., is preferred but not essential.
- Flexibility to travel nationally as required.
