Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic finance team. Reporting to the Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will work closely with senior leaders, providing financial insight, analysis and strategic support to help drive business performance and informed decision-making.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys partnering with operational teams, influencing stakeholders and delivering value beyond the numbers.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior management to provide financial analysis and commercial insight.
Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning.
Prepare monthly management reports, KPIs and Profit & Loss analysis.
Monitor financial performance, identify trends and recommend improvements.
Challenge spend, identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiencies.
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and support statutory reporting, audits and compliance requirements.
Build strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted finance partner.
Contribute to process improvements and finance system enhancements.

About You

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA).
3–5 years' post-qualification experience in a finance role.
Previous Finance Business Partner experience is desirable but not essential.
Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with SUN Financials is advantageous.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindset and the confidence to challenge constructively.
