This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business where you’ll become an integral member of a busy Service Department, supporting customers, suppliers and colleagues while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of service and maintenance activities.

The Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating service administration activities while delivering a professional and efficient experience for customers and suppliers alike.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer telephone enquiries.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Raising and processing purchase orders for external suppliers.
- Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinating administrative activities relating to vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance.
- Maintaining accurate customer, vehicle and driver records within internal systems.
- Liaising closely with internal departments, suppliers and service providers to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Ensuring all documentation and system records are maintained accurately.
- Providing general administrative support to the Service Manager and wider Service Team.
- Assisting with additional projects and administrative duties as required.
About You
The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and customer focused, with previous experience supporting a busy service or fleet operation.
You’ll ideally possess:
- Previous experience within the motor, automotive, fleet management or vehicle leasing sector (essential).
- A minimum of two years’ experience in an administration, service coordination or customer service role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- A professional and customer-first approach.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using business systems and Microsoft Office.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively within a collaborative team environment.
- A full EU/EEA driving licence.
