Production Operator / General Operative

What You'll Be Doing
No two days are exactly the same, but your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating equipment safely and efficiently in line with company procedures.
  • Mixing products and compounds in designated production areas.
  • Filling, labelling, and preparing drums for customer orders.
  • Loading, moving, and handling materials throughout the production process.
  • Receiving bulk deliveries and transferring products into smaller containers.
  • Completing production records and batch documentation accurately.
  • Carrying out quality checks and product sampling.
  • Cleaning equipment and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
  • Reporting equipment issues and assisting with basic maintenance.
  • Following GMP, HSEQ, and all health & safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
  • Supporting colleagues and helping new team members as you gain experience.

This is an active role involving both indoor and outdoor work, with regular manual handling and physical tasks.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 3:30pm

What's Essential?
You must have your own reliable transport as public transport does not provide suitable access to the site.

Desirable (Not Essential)

  • Forklift licence
  • Previous forklift operating experience
