Clinic Coordinator (Front of House & Patient Care)

The Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for patients — both face-to-face and over the phone — playing a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.
This is a busy, varied role in a supportive, high-energy team where patient care and relationship-building are at the heart of everything.


What You’ll Do

  • Welcome patients and manage front-of-house operations
  • Handle calls, enquiries, and keep the appointment diary full
  • Deliver excellent patient service across every interaction
  • Accurately use POS systems for all transactions and activity tracking
  • Support sales of accessories and care plans by explaining benefits clearly
  • Maintain stock levels of clinic accessories
  • Follow up on referrals in line with data protection standards
  • Support local outreach and clinic marketing activity
  • Build strong relationships with GPs, ENTs, and healthcare partners
  • Ensure the clinic is clean, welcoming, and fully prepared for patients
  • Complete admin tasks including records, reporting, and case histories

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong customer service experience (essential)
  • Confident communication skills and professional telephone manner
  • Previous office/admin experience
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude
