Clinic Coordinator (Front of House & Patient Care)
The Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for patients — both face-to-face and over the phone — playing a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.
This is a busy, varied role in a supportive, high-energy team where patient care and relationship-building are at the heart of everything.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and manage front-of-house operations
- Handle calls, enquiries, and keep the appointment diary full
- Deliver excellent patient service across every interaction
- Accurately use POS systems for all transactions and activity tracking
- Support sales of accessories and care plans by explaining benefits clearly
- Maintain stock levels of clinic accessories
- Follow up on referrals in line with data protection standards
- Support local outreach and clinic marketing activity
- Build strong relationships with GPs, ENTs, and healthcare partners
- Ensure the clinic is clean, welcoming, and fully prepared for patients
- Complete admin tasks including records, reporting, and case histories
What You’ll Bring
- Strong customer service experience (essential)
- Confident communication skills and professional telephone manner
- Previous office/admin experience
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude
